Château de Môle
The first wine of the estate, made from the fruit of old vines aged 45 years with yields of around 35 hectolitres per hectare. This wine is exclusively aged in new barrels for 12 to 15 months depending on the characteristics of each vintage.
Roc Saint-Jacques
The second wine of the estate is made from the remaining vines, whose average age is 35 years, with yields of between 45 and 50 hectolitres per hectare. These wines are aged in 1- or 2-year-old barrels for 12 months before being bottled.
